Vacuum Components: Advantiv offers a range of vacuum components, fittings, seals, valve manifolds, gas pipes, metal bellows and so forth. Our strict quality control during and after the manufacturing process allows us to supply clean components and reduce any chance of possible contamination. Our sealing solutions can create a reliable stability in your vacuum environment. Maintenance (Routine & Preventive) kit can be offered for regular requirements.

  • Piping – Gas pipes, valve manifold for semiconductor grade cleanroom. We support all standards from NW to ICF. We will correspond to your desired size from Φ10mm to Φ1000 mm or more.
  • Weldment & Aerosol Deposition (AD) Coating: – Fiber Laser welding with minimum distortion and possibility of microfabrication.
    AD Coating: Excellent corrosion and plasma resistances, Low outgas resin, Coating techniques to accommodate tubing of various shapes
