200mm SMIF Pod
Adopted by the world’s leading foundry chip manufacturer as their preferred 200mm SMIF Pod. Multiple design improvements to optimize reliability, particle performance, operation, handling and maintenance.
Smart Tag
Adopted by the world’s leading foundry chip manufacturer as their preferred Smart Tags, the SKY-T5 and SKY-T7 Infrared Bluetooth tags are compatible with the Asyst ST-8200 and ST-8400 series. Enhanced features include an “Always ON” display with 6+ lines of data, minimizing the need to push buttons to find information. Bluetooth option offers greatly expanded IoT capabilities such as real-time updates and operator feedback.
SMART BOX
The SMART BOX combines all of the commonly used functionality of legacy Asyst communications boxes (such as the SMART-Comm and LINK MANAGER) with enhanced features and customization flexibility.
